Examples of Our Experience:
Luton and Dunstable Hospital NHS Trust
We have reduced the waiting list for orthopaedic surgery at Luton and Dunstable Hospital over a 13-week period, by using international clinical teams working weekends.
Overall 615 pre and post op outpatient consultations were provided, and 291 patients were treated with less than 2% complication rate, with cases comprising of knee arthroscopies, shoulder decompressions, foot, hand and knee surgery.

Total Joint Network
University Health Network is at the forefront of a new initiative to reduce waiting times and increase the number of primary hip and knee replacement surgeries that can be completed in the Greater Toronto Area. Leading on from the research of top Orthopaedic surgeon Nizar Mohammed into the benefits of rehabilitation, UHN has led the way into forming a comprehensive plan called the Total Joint Network.
