Our Governance
Clinicenta has a robust framework for strong governance that is aligned to best practice taken from the private sector, Government and NHS guidelines.
We take our responsibilities to patients, clinical and support staff and the wider community very seriously, and our systems of internal audit are designed to ensure we:
- continuously improve patient services and standards of care
- put patients at the centre of our work, by involving them in decisions about their care and keeping them informed
- maintain quality standards by ensuring that health professionals are properly qualified, up to date with their practices and properly supervised
- reduce the risk of clinical errors and adverse events, and learn from these events should they arise
Clinicenta has strong Clinical Governance structure through which these critical issues are managed. This sets out clear lines of accountability and responsibility, our auditing procedures for each Treatment Centre and service, policies aimed at reducing risk and encouraging personal commitment to upholding best practice.
