Our Governance
Clinicenta has adopted an integrated model for our Governance, which runs alongside the organisation’s performance management, ensuring you that the quality of service provided is accountable and prioritised.
Each clinical service has its own structure and representation, with each modality including clinical partners in its governance.

Audit activity takes high priority and is used to learn and inform to ensure we:
- continuously improve patient services and standards of care
- put patients at the centre of our work, by involving them in decisions about their care and keeping them informed
- maintain quality standards by ensuring that health professionals are properly qualified, up to date with their practices and properly supervised
- reduce the risk of clinical errors and adverse events, and learn from these events should they arise
Mandatory Audits
Our mandatory audits, including patient satisfaction surveys, cover the spectrum of service delivery to ensure that any stakeholder, GP, referrer or patient will feel confident in utilising the Clinicenta service.
