Clinicenta provides a range of specialised surgery procedures and services to all local patients eligible for free NHS treatment.

We are unable to make appointments directly for patients, but your GP (doctor) can do this for you.

The steps to making your appointment with Clinicenta:

• A visit to your GP will determine your condition and any treatment required.
• Your GP will decide whether you are eligible to receive treatment with Clinicenta.
• Once your GP has referred you to Clincenta and you have been accepted for an initial consultation:
• We will contact you to confirm an appointment for your initial consultation.
• When you attend your appointment you will see a specialist consultant, experienced in your condition.
• In the majority of cases you will undergo a pre-assessment for your procedure at the same time as your consultation – avoiding the need for you to attend the clinic on another day.
• If you are accepted by Clinicenta to have your treatment with us, then you will be provided with an appointment for your procedure to take place.
• Your procedure will take place at the same centre where you had your initial consultation.
• The same team of professionals will continue to provide on-going treatment support and advice up to your discharge from Clinicenta.
