What if my hearing changes and I need a reassessment or review?

After 3 years, you should be offered a reassessment and review of your hearing aid provision to check whether the aids are still meeting your needs. However, if at any time before the end of 3 years you feel your hearing aids are not meeting your needs, please contact the Clinicenta NHS Care Management Centre on 0845 602 1904 for a reassessment and review appointment.

We are working within the national Good Practice Guide in relation to your treatment. This means not only will you receive the best quality healthcare; you will also be able to access on-going assessments every 3 years. View the Good Practice Guide here.
